'Physicians Plot Against Medical Laboratory College Will Fail'-Dr. Bassey

The proposed opposition to the establishment of the Post-Graduate
College of Medical Laboratory Science of Nigeria by Nigerian physicians at the public hearing conveyed by the health committee of the house of representatives on 16th, July, has attracted the attention of a former chairman of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria, Dr. B.E. Bassey, an Abuja based WHO consultant and an aspirant to the post
of president in the forthcoming AMLSN election at Ondo in September.

Here is the brief on a casual online chat with the publisher:
Publisher: Drs are planning to kill the post graduate college of
med lab science at your backyard, Whats your take on this?

Dr. Bassey:They are drowning, we need superior argument and adopting or showing an attitude of condescension toward them and also use facts and figures to face the House Of Representatives.

We are already ahead of the doctors, what we have to do is to sustain and also
improve in the current tempo and their ranting will be confined to the bin of history'
