Many questions begging for answers.  Opinions remain divided on the matter and how to resolve it.  For the TYR led National Executive Council, silence remains the best answer at this time in order not to expose their strategies to the enemy's camp.

'I am a Town Planner and I have followed the case between Medical Doctors and MLSCN on who can practice the profession of Medical Laboratory Science. The judgment of the National Industrial Court of January 27, 2016 has cleared it all. I m surprised that in this age of high grade of specialization, Medical Doctors will still see themselves as 'master of all" or as 'first among equals'. I am very pleased that the Council decided to take the matter up in the Court. I also congratulate the Council for making all professional Medical Laboratory Scientists proud. I thank you also for publishing the judgment in The Guardian of February 19,2016,otherwise I would not be aware of the outcome. God bless all the professionals in Nigeria.'
