'Nigeria Must Employ Expatriate Physicians'-Dr. Cashmir Ifeanyi, Medical Laboratory Scientist

Welcome to another edition of your number one news
brief on your number one Medical Laboratory Scientists blog which promises to be a sumptuous meal of assorted news items to make your day.

The tide has suddenly changed as those calling for
the sack of Medical Laboratory Scientists and other
affiliate health professionals has ended up being
sacked by the Federal Government.

The suspension of residency program indefinitely by the
Federal Government has changed the direction of events
in the health sector as the days ahead will confirm.

In the Bible, Haman dug a gallow for Modecai, the Jewish
gate man but ended up being hung on it. What a modern lesson
in the law of kamae!

Amidst the crisis in the health sector, JOHESU continues to
consolidate on her negotiations with the F.G. as the EEP for
MLS has been correct to 8 step 2 awaiting circularization after
adding the post NYSC paragraph.

Yet, the political atmosphere continues to increase in
leaps and bounds as more candidates line up to take
turns at the online interview which hosted its sixth
candidate Sunday night, Alj. T. Y. Raheem, a presidential candidate
was on the hot seat to take questions from the supercharged
audience.

While the presidential interview was widely commended, a hitch
in network signals almost marred the event.  Nevertheless,
T.Y.R. as popularly acclaimed did justice to relevant
questions amidst minor protest of negligence from
few participants who wondered why their questions were not
answered. Political intrigues you may call it?

Though all eyes are set on electioneering at Ondo 2014, some
concerned interests still think G.C. Okara, the outgoing
president should be allowed to stay in office in an arrangement
called 'elongated tenure', a term strange to AMLSN's constitution.

Despite the recalcitrance of the Nigerian Medical Association
to suspend its 7 weeks old strike action, an astute Medical
Laboratory Scientist and Chairman of AMLSN, Abuja, Dr. Cashmir
Ifeanyi, a P.R.O. aspirant has called for the employment
of Expartriate physicians by the Federal Government to curtail
the excesses of the Nigeria physicians.
This is one of his public domain campaign in a series of
newspaper interviews to show why he is the best candidate
for AMLSN PRO job come September.
