Good talk you may say!

Medical Laboratory Science Council Directive Causes Furore In Forum-Legal Fireworks As Ben Ajufo Confronts Others
It is a case of Ben Ajufo against other contributors on the recent clarion call for the list of medical laboratory scientists, technicians and assistants both employed, under-employed and unemployed in Nigeria with a view to sending it to the Ministry of health where a collaboration has been promised to usefully engage qualified medical laboratory scientists and stem the tide of quackery. Ben thinks the call is in order but other contributors think otherwise. You will think these distinguished medical laboratory scientists are lawyers by the way they have been arguing using the MLSCN act 11, 2003. It's really an interesting intellectual engagement.

Doctors in Nigeria are currently battling for survival as the fatal wound sustained throught the all embracing recommendations of the Presidential Committee on harmony in the health sector.

What is the issue about the rejoinder by NMA to the report of the Presidential Committee on harmony in the health sector? A member of the forum, Afolabi Sylfad opined that AMLNS must write a rejoinder to the presidency in the mold of NMA to disarm doctors and project the true situation as captured in the presidential committee's report. However, another contributor Emmanuel Oyeleye thinks it's not necessary as the position of AMLSN has been justifiably projected in the said presidential report. What will AMLSN do? Time will tell.

Decree 10, 1985 Under Fire-Akhere Obumese Seeks Court Interpretation
Who says medical doctors are the only medically qualified profession to be Chief Medical Directors of government hospitals? Doctors think so and has been using the decree to justify why they are the only professionals to be head of medical centers. This status quo is an abomination according to Akhere Obumese who recently joined the forum. He has sought for the interpretation of the law at Benin Federal High Court where the case was first heard recently. It had since been adjourned till February 2012. A judgement in his favour will definitely pull the rug off the feet of the oppressive doctors in Nigeria who has turned themselves into tin gods.
